Okay, so my friend is a Yong main (How we call dmg Ying in our server) and I always looked pretty silly whenever we go double support and she sometimes outdamage our dps and outheal me. Then recently, she started playing Saati and she shreds with it but she also is very good at using her cardboard illusion, like really good. And she said "Yeah, it's like Ying without the teleport". I didn't understand at the time but then she sent me this vid to explain dmg ying and how to play her. And now... I get how she is so good at this. Alright, that convinced me. I'll try out Resonance Ying.

Hey man, I just want to say that I really appreciate your ying guides. I pretty much only value your opinion when it comes to her because you show the highest level of understanding out of all the ying players I've seen on youtube. So even though i reckon you're probably occupied with more important matters, or have moved on from paladins largely which is why you don't upload that often anymore, i hope you'll put out another ying guide someday, because you're really the best of all us.

So in theory, is resonance the optimal Ying talent in general? Since life link's healing can be redundant+limit your damage and focusing lens gives less free damage+doesn't work on shields?

btw, I have small changes to ur loadout. Lemme preface this by saying i'm and ex pro flex player, and I'm pretty good at every single champ in the game. I really like ying (even tho I barely play her) because of just the DL. It's such a high skill ceiling ability that when used right becomes monstrous. anyway, ur build is good, don't get me wrong, and maybe better for solo healing like all the way cuz of the extra second on the duration of the clones. But I have a super slight variation that instead of the extra second, has encouragement 2 instead, taking 1 point off the usual 5 pointer DL extra time (yes, I know encouragement got nerfed to just be seconds instead of percentage, but honestly , because resonance can be very aggressive at times and net you elims, I think it's worth for clutching with DL and just having more clones). try it out if you want one day :D awesome video, and great to see you still make content <3

Hoh boy 2022 and this game is still kickin’. *FAQ* Q. Will this work after cauterize removal patch? A. Yes, you can just rush chronos and nimble without worrying about caut (which you should have been buying) which will give you more opportunities to clone spam. You still have to know what you’re doing though (see description). Everyone else will be buying wrecker/resil which doesn’t affect you. Reso with another high damage support can also be very strong in the new patch. Q. Why did you die so much in the beginning? A. I was probably trying to calibrate how much aggression I could get away with and also because I am -bad- rusty. Q. Why do your illusions only do 500 damage? A. This game was played pre-resonance buff. Q. Why do you not buy morale boost? A. Nine ults a game seems like enough. Q. I played like this and we didn’t win!
